Cygnus provides social media marketing (SMM) services, including followers, likes, views, and related engagement, for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. We act as an independent provider and reseller of these services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information for each order, including the correct target link or username for the selected platform.
• Your account or content must be public and must remain accessible throughout the delivery of your order.
• Once an order has been placed and delivery has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of the relevant social media platform. The Service is provided “as is”, and you use it at your own discretion and risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, for content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, or infringing, or in any way that could harm Cygnus, our providers, or third parties. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order or account that violates these Terms.

5. Delivery, Refills & Refunds

Delivery times, our refill and compensation guarantee, and our refund terms are described in our Refund & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms and policies. While we deliver the quantities you order and provide refills as described, we do not guarantee permanent retention of delivered engagement, specific business results, or any particular outcome beyond delivery of the ordered service.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and charged in the currency shown. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. You agree to pay the total amount shown for your order at the time of purchase.

8. Disclaimer & No Affiliation

Cygnus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cygnus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cygnus and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
