This Refund & Delivery Policy explains how orders are delivered on Cygnus (the “Service”, accessible at cygnussmm.com) and the circumstances under which refills, compensation, or refunds are provided. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Cygnus provides social media marketing (SMM) services such as followers, likes, and views for platforms including Instagram and TikTok. When you place an order:
Most orders begin delivering within 5 to 30 minutes on average. Larger orders may take longer to complete, but in all cases orders are completed within a maximum of 5 hours. Delivery speed may vary depending on order size and the target platform.
We stand behind every order. If, due to a technical issue, an order is not delivered in full, we will refill the remaining amount at no additional cost and add a compensation amount on top of your original order. To request a refill, contact us with your Order ID at support@cygnussmm.com.
Because delivery begins automatically and immediately after payment, and because our services are digital and cannot be returned, completed and in-progress orders are non-refundable.
In the rare event that an order cannot be delivered at all and a suitable refill or replacement is not possible, our support team will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a replacement order or store credit.
You are responsible for providing accurate target links and usernames, and for ensuring your account is public and meets the requirements of the service ordered. Orders placed with incorrect details, private accounts, or links that do not match the selected service are not eligible for a refill, replacement, or refund.
If you experience any issue with an order, please contact us first at support@cygnussmm.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access to the Service. We keep records of all orders and deliveries (including Order IDs and delivery status) to help resolve any dispute.
